2 TBLS rolled or steel cut oats
1 TBLS chia seeds
1 TSP cinnamon
Pinch of Himalayan or sea salt
1 TSP Vanilla extract
Scoop of protein powder (optional)
Milk of choice or water or kefir

Directions
Soak base in enough liquid of choice. In the morning, loosen with extra liquid if too thick. Add your toppings of choice
Toppings
The following can be added to your base:
desiccated coconut, almond flour, ground flaxseeds, grated apple, chopped dates, mashed banana, raw cacao powder . Adjust your liquid accordingly
